Even the simplest of gestures, such as reaching for a cup, is not only a means to and end. Every moment is also an interaction, an expression of our connection with the earth and with other beings and things. The quality of this participation is what we attempt to cultivate in Sensory Awareness.
Zoom: You will receive the zoom link in time before classes begin.
Cost: Sliding scale: $20 - $30 per class.
The three classes build a unit but you can also book just one class.
If you want to register for all three classes at once, just choose 3 as the quantity.
