Building on our primary relationships with the ground we move from, with the air we breathe, and with the ever-present pull of gravity engaging us, we can cultivate an attitude to what is that is responsive rather than reactive.

Times: 1:15 to 2:30 pm Eastern US | 10:15 am Pacific Time | 6:15 pm UK | 7:15pm CET/Central Europe
Zoom: You will receive the zoom link in time before classes begin.
Cost: Sliding scale: $20 - $30 per class.
The three classes build a unit but you can also book just one class.
