What you will need for the classes:
2 poles, 4 feet/120cm or longer with a diameter of ca. 1 inch/25mm
A couple of roundish, relatively flat stones.
A yoga block (or simply a book) for head support.
Space to lie down on the floor, not too soft. Some wall space may be useful too.
